use preview pane instead of open file


Change the open file functionality to use the preview pane.

On scratching a little bit, I found that opening a preview window requires calling an .net internal only API window.SetKind() that will not work in the code, so this might not be feasible until the support is extended to plugins developers

Ew, yes, we don't want to depend on any internals. So far we've been able to easily support each new VS because we haven't used internals. I agree with you.... let's wait for support.

It can perhaps be done as described here

But this will render the code incompatible for VS2010, I will try to make it compatible but, not sure if I will be able to.
Do we want to continue with one version for all VS or we will focus one version for VS2010 and another version for VS refresh editions (2012 & 2013)
